Terms & Conditions – Korean FLOW Club

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Korean FLOW Club (“Program”), operated by Joa Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the Korean FLOW Club, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in the Program.

2. Program Description

The Korean FLOW Club is a digital membership program that provides Korean language learning resources, live and recorded sessions, and access to an online community.

The Program may include, depending on the plan selected:

Digital learning materials

Live sessions via Zoom

Session replays

Community access (e.g. Slack)

Bonus platforms or tools (e.g. Telegram, Google Docs)

Delivery platforms may change over time at our discretion.

3. Membership Plans & Pricing

Available membership plans include:

Monthly Plan: $67 USD

Quarterly Plan: $187 USD

Annual Plan: $670 USD

All prices are listed in USD.

Prices are subject to change for future members. Founding Members retain their original pricing as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

4. Subscription & Automatic Billing

All Korean FLOW Club plans are subscription-based.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain up to date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all plans.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@joaacademy.com
within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days:

No refunds are provided for Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plans.

For Quarterly and Annual plans, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period but will not be charged again if you cancel.

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed live sessions

Lack of participation

Periods where the member did not study or engage

6. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

If not canceled, subscriptions renew automatically.

7. Access to Content

Access to Program content is valid only during your active billing period.

Upon cancellation or expiration, access to all materials, replays, and community spaces will be revoked.

Live session replays are available as long as your membership remains active.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All Program content is the exclusive intellectual property of Joa Academy and is protected by copyright law.

Members may not:

Share or distribute materials

Record live sessions

Download recorded sessions

Reproduce, resell, or repurpose content

Provide access to non-members

Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Community Guidelines & Conduct

Members may be granted access to:

A private Slack community

Bonus platforms such as Telegram (availability may vary by offer)

All members must:

Communicate respectfully

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior

Refrain from spam, promotions, or unsolicited direct messages

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines, without refund.

10. Educational Disclaimer

The Korean FLOW Club is an educational program only.

We do not guarantee language fluency, TOPIK results, or specific outcomes.

Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

This Program is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

Participation is limited to individuals 18 years or older.

11. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify Program content, structure, delivery platforms, schedules, or features

Add or remove resources to improve the Program experience

Such changes do not entitle members to refunds.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Power outages

Internet or platform failures

Natural disasters

Illness or emergencies

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joa Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action. Failing that, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
