By purchasing the TOPIK II Writing Confidence Lab, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Details & Access

What You're Getting: Access to the TOPIK II Writing Confidence Lab, a 6-module digital program designed to build your Korean writing confidence, including video lessons, resources, personalized writing feedback, and access to our student community.
Access Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Platform: All content is hosted on our secure platform and accessed via video-on-demand (VOD). You'll need a stable internet connection.
Delivery: Login credentials will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.


2. Pricing & Payment

Full Payment: $397 USD for 1-year access.
Split Payment Option: Available at checkout. If you choose split payments:

Payment 1 is due at purchase.
Payment 2 is due according to the payment schedule you selected.
Important: If the second payment fails or is not completed, your access to the program, community, and all materials will be immediately revoked until payment is resolved.
You will be notified via email before access is suspended. No partial refunds will be issued for interrupted access due to missed payments.




3. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Here's how our refund policy works:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — as long as you have not started watching the lessons.

No Refunds After:

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All materials in the TOPIK II Writing Confidence Lab — including videos, worksheets, templates, feedback, and community content — are the intellectual property of Joa Academy and protected by copyright law.
You may NOT:

Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials
Record, screenshot, or upload lessons to external platforms
Share your login credentials with others

Violation of these terms will result in:

Immediate termination of access without refund
Potential legal action if necessary


5. Personalized Feedback & Community

Personalized writing feedback is provided as part of the program based on the guidelines shared within the course.
Feedback turnaround time is outlined inside the program. We strive to respond promptly, but timelines may vary.
Community access is a privilege. Respectful, supportive participation is required. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.


6. Student Responsibility & Results

This program provides strategies, tools, and guidance to help you improve your TOPIK II writing skills.
Your results depend on your effort, practice, and consistency. Joa Academy is not responsible for individual exam outcomes or personal progress.
Participation in this program does not guarantee that you will pass the TOPIK II exam or achieve your desired score. We provide education and support, but test results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your individual study habits, test-day performance, and prior language proficiency.
We are educators, not guarantors of test scores. However, we're here to support your learning journey fully.


7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Joa Academy is not liable for technical issues, internet outages, or platform downtime beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this program.


8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, where Joa Academy is registered. Any disputes will be resolved under French jurisdiction.
